1. Check what is the courier is it USPS OR FEDEX
2. Is the item delivered directly to client address or (to frank or WEC)

Once you confirm that the tracking number is directly address to client make sure that the tracking number is added to the xcart account of that cx (NOTES: kapag usps and fedex dapat yung entire link ang ilalagay)
