1. Check who,what.how the item cause to be cancelled/void/refund
2. Email Customer using REFUND EMAIL template
3. if customer is asking a follow up for refund search the order ID in emclient to see if its done
   -search the order ID on the skype GC order processing
   - go to monday.com search for the order number and check  the status from there
    -follow up to faith if needed
