-check notes from xcart if there is any update
-check the order ID in order GC skype to see history
-check EM client if you need to follow up on the previus stock check or else
-also check in EM Client of there is inoice like PO
-make sure that the PO Shipping is address to customers place if yes
-provide the tracking number to customer (double check xcart if there is a added tracking number too)
